Shipping

1. UIT makes deliveries to customers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein without customs charges, while for shipments outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein, the customer must pay DAP costs.

2. The shipping time is usually 1-3 working days from confirmation of the order. To the extent permitted by law, any liability of UIT due to delay in delivery shall be excluded.

3. Shipment charges:

   1. The Buyer who inserts delivery in Switzerland and Liechtenstein (Zone 0) or “Try and shop in our hub”, and the total price of goods NOT IN SALE in the order exceeds CHF 300, will not be charged shipping charge.

      Otherwise the shipping costs are 15 CHF every 5 Kg average weight, where the average weight is "weight up to" and it’s "less" and not "less than or equal", so for example: 4,9 Kg are 15 CHF, but 5 Kg are 30 CHF.

   2. The Buyer who inserts delivery to Zone 1 to 13, the costs of shipments outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein vary depending on where the goods are delivered and the total weight of the ordered products (see the table below, where the "weight up to" is "less" and not "less than or equal", so for example 4 Kg in zone 2 are 80 CHF). The DAP costs must be paid by the customer.

4. Upon a client's request, UIT offers the possibility to hold orders for pick-up for a maximum of 15 calendar days at no additional cost to the client.
