The namesake designer has been a freelancer in the fashion industry for years, but suddenly one day, during a trip to the South of France, he is struck by a cashmere sweater hanging on the window of an old craftsman.
This episode was the spark that sparked the fire of a creative explosion that has conquered fashion lovers all over the world. In 1994, Lucien Pellat Finet created his first luxury clothing collection, launching a series of cashmere sweaters.
The designer presented his collections for the best luxury boutiques in New York and the American press immediately established him as the "King of Cashmere". Almost all the crew-neck pullovers, leather shopping bags and bijoux represented a skull, the logo that distinguishes the Lucien Pellat Finet brand.
